Opening Ceremony of Special Olympics World Games 2019
Aren’t we all really excited about the Special Olympics that promotes inclusion for all? Our wait is over, the games have started and the stage is set for the grand opening. Avril Lavigne, Paul Oakenfold and Hussain Al Jassmi among other singers are all set to perform at the opening. What’s more? “Right Where I’m Supposed To Be” the pop anthem for the games by Grammy Award Winner, Greg Wells will be performed for the first time at Zayed Sports City Stadium.

Dabangg: The Tour Reloaded Live Concert
All you Bollywood fans have something to rejoice. Salman Khan and an ensemble troupe including Katrina Kaif, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonakshi Sinha, Prabhu Deva and others are heading to Dubai for a musical night where you can let your hair down. Enhancing the experience will be some never seen effects and scrumptious food and beverages.

SIKKA Art Fair
One of the primary events under the Dubai Art Season, this exuberant nine day event will for the first time give two distinctive yet interwoven experiences, celebrating Al Fahidi Tenants and their art and installations. The central theme of the event, in congruence with the cultural tolerance promoted by the UAE Government this year, is ‘An Open Window to Art and Tolerance’.

There is some more for all art enthusiasts! This programme-based commission curated by the Athens-based artist collective 3 137 will be held under Alserkal Avenue’s not-for-profit Alserkal Residency. Launched during the Art Week in Alserkal Avenue, this event will run for 3 weeks.

BBC Proms is coming to the city once again. This popular British tradition makes classical music accessible to all and will be staged over four days, bringing the essence of the BBC Proms to Dubai.

Sharjah Children Biennial, Sharjah

Dubai International Horse Fair
